exVOICE Terms of Use
These Terms of Service define the conditions under which users (hereinafter referred to as "you") may use the "exVOICE" (hereinafter referred to as "this Data Collection") produced by the VirVox Project (hereinafter referred to as "VirVox").
By using any part or the entirety of this Data Collection in a work, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms of these Terms of Service and are legally bound by them.
If the whole or part of this Data Collection is modified, or if an extension of this Voicebank is made, or if a new set of terms and conditions has been established, the new terms and conditions shall take precedence.
Note that these Terms of Service do not define the usage conditions for "Characters" defined in the following section. The use of "Characters" is defined in the "VirVox Project Secondary Creation Guidelines."
"exVOICE" is a registered trademark of Bumpy Factory Corporation.
Definitions
"Character" refers to the abstract concept represented by its name and the artistic work of painting by the VirVox Project, expressing its appearance and other characteristics.
"This Data Collection" refers to exVOICE.
"This Data" refers to part or all of the audio material of exVOICE.
"Voice Provider" refers to the voice actor who provided the voice for the "Character."
"User" refers to the person who utilizes the output voice.
Amendments to the Agreement
The amended agreement becomes effective when VirVox announces it on its website, etc., and you continue to use or download the Voicebank after such announcement.
In principle, works released before the amendment of this agreement that would become violations due to the amendment are not retroactively affected.
However, in the case of particularly malicious content, VirVox may request the cessation of its publication.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
(1)VirVox does not guarantee that this Data Collection will be suitable for your specific purposes, will have the expected functions, accuracy, usefulness, or be free of defects.
(2)VirVox will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this Data Collection.
(3)VirVox will not be liable for compensation for any damages you suffer due to data loss or malfunction or damage to equipment arising from the use of this Data Collection, or any other damages related to the output voice.
(4)VirVox will not be responsible for any transactions, communications, disputes, etc., between you and third parties related to the use of this Data Collection.
License to Use
VirVox grants you the right to use this Data Collection, provided you comply with this agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use this Data Collection.

You are free to use or insert this Data in voice works or music.

You must use or insert this Data in voice works or music in a state where it cannot be fully restored to its original voice data.

As long as your work meets the conditions of item 2 and this Data forms part of the work, you may distribute or sell the work for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

However, for "exVOICE Aoyama Ryusei", whether you are a company or a sole proprietor, or an individual contracted with a company, you must consult "Nanahapi" in advance before publishing works using "exVOICE Aoyama Ryusei", regardless of the presence or absence of revenue.
Prohibitions
The following actions are prohibited when using this Data Collection:

Using this Data in works or sites that aim to promote crime.

Publishing voice works using this Data that significantly damages the credibility, quality, dignity, or image of the Voice Provider.

Using this Data in a way that infringes on the rights of VirVox, the Voice Provider, or third parties.

Using this Data in content that significantly violates public order and morals.

Falsifying the copyright information of this Data.

Violating these Terms of Service.

Distributing or selling this Data in its original form or in a state where it can be fully restored to the original voice data.

Uploading the majority of this Data without effects or BGM・・・＊(Note)

Using this Data for machine learning.
VirVox or the Voice Provider may request you to cease the publication of works containing this Data and this Data Collection if they deem it inappropriate.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
If any provision of this agreement is in conflict with mandatory laws, only that conflicting part will be null and void and will be amended to the closest content within the scope of the mandatory laws.
Jurisdiction
Any disputes related to this agreement shall be exclusively governed by the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
